We ravel a lot - so to us doing so with 3 little kids and everywhere is kind of normal. Chaotic, messy, but normal. They know which movies they want to see, they read or do sticker books before we are up in the air, order their drinks and tell the Emirates staff they want 'the green monster with the yellow blanket' instead of the 'red blanket with the purple monster'.
