Most of our time on the outer banks was spend on the lovely lovely beaches so herewith some fun shots of our fun.
Kaatje proved to be a pretty seasoned beach babe
and Rick was getting more courageous with the water by the hour

Once in the water Rick could not get enough of the waves - 'Jump in the Water' he's still saying. Rick is replicating his swimming experience at school and throws whole buckets of water over his head there whilst half his class is in tears with fear....They also said he had sand EVERYWHERE after water play this morning...wonder if there may have been any left from last week.
Kaatje wanted to be a surf babe too. So she slept on Dad's body board
